The spokesperson of SWAG was injured by an Envision Construction truck斯威格的發言人被一輛enVision施工卡車撞傷了。
This morning the spokesperson and leader of SWAG was knocked down by an Envision Construction truck when it was clearing native vegetation at the Wallaby Forest. The spokesperson, Frank Jersol suffered a serious head injury and now is still in hospital and undergoing tests to determine the extent of the jnjures.
Frank Jersol said that the operator of the vehicle was reversing the truck but did not notice him. 通過設想的建設，小袋鼠森林的原生植被被認為是一個防火陷阱。“他們正在破壞土地和環境，”游騎兵的抗議者陳玉德說。
The native vegetation of the Wallaby Forest was regarded as a fire trap by the Envision Construction. “They are destroying the land and environment” said Jade Chen, a protester of SWAG.
At the scene is a nearby resident Michelle Trevaskis along with other local residents. She reported that of the period there was a council environmental officer but he did little to intervene or protect the bushland in the battle. “The unions have offered Save Wallaby action group a state wide boycott of Envision”.
The corporate giant has a history of corporate bullying and green washing. It indeed a good thing for the local to develop the economy, but not in a ruined way. Envision Construction is not a trustworthy company to corporate on the sustainable design.
It would be a wise alternative for the local to terminate Envision Constructions’ plans for the large housing development for the sake of local residents and economy. 為了當地居民和經濟的需要，終止對大型住宅開發的設想建設計劃，將是當地的明智選擇。
Incident by SWAG protesters’ obstruction at Wallaby Forest
This morning a SWAG protester has been injured by a truck during its routine weed control at Wallaby Forest, the location for Envision Constructions new housing development.
The reckless man injured was taking part in a blockade when the accident took place.
The council environmental officer Gareth Seacombe was on the site to provide advice about the environmental planning overlay. And the routine weed control is for its obligations to Burralinga Council and its capacity as a good corporate citizen.
Such things like the obstruction the protester did are not occasional on Envision Constructions’ large housing development.
As the neighbor living close said, “I have seen several times the protesters tamper with equipment and smear graffiti on Envision property”.
John Sherrin, the managing director of Envision Construction said that these behaviors not only do harm to all the residents lived but also the development of the Wallaby Forest. “Wallaby Forest will be a green residential development and environmental sustainable design.” “the housing project will be an economic boost to Burralinga and will ultimately increase the employment opportunity.”
If the Save Wallaby action group still take the law into their own hands, the project would be hindered and as a result endangers the health and safety of the neighbors and even the economy of local area.

A dispute aroused due to the incident in the Wallaby Forest
A Save Wallaby Action Group protester has been hit by an Envision Construction vehicle in an accident this morning at Wallaby Forest, which results in the dispute between SWAG and Envision Construction.
Frank Jersol, the injured protester was taking part in a blockade when the truck took the reverse. Such things like the obstruction are not occasional according to Ray Arnold, a resident living close.
Gareth Seacombe, the council environmental officer was at the scene providing Envision Construction advice about the environmental planning overlay. “I was busy at that time and didn’t see it happen”.
Protestors Save Wallaby Action Group have been opposing Envision Constructions’ plans for a large housing development for some time. And their relationship is going even worse.
The dispute on the vegetation protection and local economy development are both the focus. This injury accident was a blasting fuse.
The Burralinga council has a role in protecting the vegetation and providing advice to Envision. It is just what Gareth Seacombe has done. Besides this, lots of valuable council resources has been wasted during the dispute.
If their contradiction is not solved from the source, such accidents would take place all the same. The distrust between each other lead to the current situation.
Gareth Seacombe said that the solution is still the matter controlled by these two. “we, the council can only play the role of mediator not the solver.
